My customer says they didn't get an SMS — why?
By default the API ships with a mock SMS provider that just logs to the server console. Set SMS_PROVIDER=zain (or asiacell / korek) with the matching API key in your .env to send real messages.
How do I get a calendar subscription URL?
Open Settings while signed in as the owner — the API mints a personal token-gated URL you can paste into Google or Apple Calendar (Subscribe by URL).
Can I import existing customers?
Bulk customer import is planned; in the meantime, every booking automatically creates a customer record, and the iOS Contacts integration is on the roadmap.
How do I refund a payment back to the customer's wallet?
Open the booking, click Refund, and tick "to wallet". The amount becomes store credit they can apply at POS or future bookings.
What happens when I cancel a recurring booking?
Cancelling a single instance leaves the recurrence active. To stop the series entirely, open /dashboard/bookings/recurring and click Pause.
